Dark Pyramid (DP)

  • Requirement: Rank 35
  • Price: One entry.
  • How to reach: From Ye Olde Pub, travel right until you hit the Desert. Quickly click the dark hole in the background (Epic Pyramid Battle, bottom of the first pyramid from the right) and click enter. Move fast; monsters will spawn if you wait too long, until you've clicked the Pyramid entrance (monsters won't spawn when the enter menu is open).
  • Rewards: Very good experience for low-level players, several of the 16 lower rings, and a powerful random item, either the Revolution Pyrabow OR the Revolution Earrings. Players who score highly can get large amounts of Superior Crafting Material, Blue and Green Coins, and other goodies. Higher-level and -rank players like to do Dark Pyramid as well, for the copious amounts of Yellow Coins and Pixels players can achieve with Autosteal.

Defend Mission (DM)

  • Requirement: Rank 70, a Special Wand
  • Price: Free.
  • How to reach: From Ye Olde Pub, travel right until you hit Triangle Land. Click on the hole on the right side of the screen (Hole of Time) and then click on the upper-most triangle (Year 9001). Move right twice to enter the raid.
  • Reward: This mission is very good for general drops and experience, especially for players who have low rank but high level. Completing it gives you a relatively useless item called an Air Bubble, which temporarily stops drown damage.

Prehistoric Mission (PHM)

  • Requirement: Rank 70
  • Price: Free.
  • How to reach: From Ye Olde Pub, travel right until you hit Triangle Land. Click on the hole on the right side of the screen (Hole of Time) and then click on the green thing on the right (Year -Infinity). Click right again to enter the raid.
  • Reward: The Om Nom Nom skill, which allows a player to instantly kill a non-boss monster regardless of its stats, is unlocked and upgraded by the first 30 wins in the Prehistoric Mission. It starts with a recharge of 1 minute, and falls to 30 seconds. Players also unlock Alien weapons and armor in the Crafting menu, which is quite strong but suffers from an expiration date.

The Special Arena (SA)

  • Requirement: Rank 90
  • Price: 1 entry.
  • How to reach: From Ye Olde Pub, travel right to the Advanced Training Zone, and jump out the window. Travel up to reach the Arena.
  • Reward: Large amounts of Experience, and Crystals of Rarity and Ultimate Rarity. You will also get a trophy, with a rank and stats that vary depending on how well you did; its terrible for your personal use, but it makes the best Robacon weapon for a long time.

Tower of DOOOOOOM (ToD)

  • Requirement: Rank 160
  • Price: Free.
  • How to reach: From Ye Olde Pub, travel right until you hit the Pirate Ship. Jump out through the broken rails, and then click on the right arrow. Figure out the password (its case-sensitive) to get to Smiley Island. Click on the Tower in the Background.
  • Reward: Crystals of Rarity and Ultimate Rarity, as well as some DOOM weapons and armor, with stats varying based on your score. The gear isn't particularly great.

The Corruption (Corr)

  • Requirement: Level 1000
  • Price: 1 entry.
  • How to reach: When your clock reads XX:15-17 or XX:45-47, you will receive an invitation in the form of a brown envelope in the upper-left hand corner of your screen. Click it to enter the corruption.
  • Reward: Monsters in the Corruption don't drop anything special, but they do give large quantities of experience and other valuable drops.

Secret Dungeon (SD)

  • Requirement: Rank 250
  • Price: Free, reward reduced after already played 10 times.
  • How to reach: From Ye Olde Pub, travel right until you hit the Binary Battlefield. Click the red pixel in the background (bottom-right area) to get to Pokayman City. Click the dark hole in the background to get to the Secret Dungeon Entrance, then click up to enter.
  • Reward: Everything, really. Secret Dungeon monsters give huge amounts of experience, coins, pixels and crafting material; the non-evolving mobs are always rare, meaning they have sky-high drop rate; and the bosses are guaranteed to drop Crystals of Rarity and Ultimate Rarity. There are 5 unique armor sets acquired in the Secret Dungeon, the most notable of which is CHAOS, one of the top four sets in the game, and the best idling set. There are also several unique weapons, including CHAOS AURA, the best idling weapon in the game when doubled with CHAOS, and the Ultimate Lightning Spear, currently the best weapon in the game overall (though that's only when it's acquired in Hardcore Apocalypse mode, to maximize the Unobtainium bonus). If you complete SD for the first time in a day with a very high score, you will receive a unique enhancer with a strength dependent on your score.

THE MEGABOSS's Revenge (Raid) (MBR)

  • Requirement: Beat the Special Arena
  • Price: 1 entry.
  • How to reach: When your clock reads XX:05, 20, 35, or 50, a blue envelope will appear in the upper-left corner of your screen. Click it to enter MBR.
  • Reward: This is among the best experience sources in the game, if you are strong enough to consistently kill the boss in 1-2 hits. If you manage to kill MBR some multiple of 20 times, you will also get earrings, with a rank of the number of kills + 100--so the minimum rank for MBR earrings is 120. These go all the way up to Rank 500 (kill 400) beyond which you will stop getting more. These earrings are among the best in the game, exceeded only by the Ultimate Earrings (300 ascension temporary points) or perhaps outrageously expensive, heavily enhanced Awesome Earrings. You also get unique enhancers every time your MBR bestiary entry reaches multiples of 300 (armor, level 1), 1000 (weapon, level 1), 1500 (armor, level 5), and 5000 (weapon, level 5). These aren't mutually exclusive, so when you reach a killcount of 15,000 you will get all 4 at once.

Spooky Crypt (SC)

  • Requirement: Spooky Crypt Key (you have a .5% chance of getting one every time you throw To-Be-Nerfed Gems in the Pyramid), rank 250
  • Price: Free, reward reduced after already cleared once.
  • How to reach: From Ye Olde Pub, travel right until you hit the Binary Battlefield. Click the red pixel in the background (bottom-right area) to get to Pokayman City. Click the dark hole in the background to get to the Secret Dungeon Entrance, then click right to enter.
  • Reward: Lots of experience, for starters. For your first 200 kills in a day, you get a mystery enhancer identifier; for your first 1000, you get a permanent Immortal Pendant with an Unobtainium bonus of 20. Aside from those two exceptions, you get Accessory Unobtainium Enhancers of increasing strength at every multiple of 200 kills, up to 2400, where you get an Accessory Unobtainium Enhancer Level 10. After that, you will get Accessory Unique Enhancers of increasing strength up to 5 for every 200 kills, and then an endless supply of Accessory Unique Enhancers for every 200 kills.

Triangle Hideout (TH)

  • Requirement: Rank 180
  • Price: Free, reward reduced after already cleared once.
  • How to reach: From Ye Olde Pub, travel right to Danger Zone, then click on the pale triangle in the background to get to the Abandoned Lab. Click the dark triangle in the lab to go to Triangle Hideout.
  • Rewards: Lots of experience. For the first 10 kills in a day, you will receive a Mystery Enhancer Identifier; for the next 30 kills (up to 40) you will receive Mystery Armor Enhancers Lv. 10; then you will receive 1 Mystery Weapon Enhancer Lv. 10 at 50 kills. Following that, you get Armor Unique Enhancer Lv. 10s up to 90 kills, and at 100 kills you get a Weapon Unique Enhancer Lv. 10. Every 10 kills after 100 will net you Accessory Unique Enhancer Lv. 10s. Triangles also drop Neon Skins, currently the best skins in the game, with starting defense all the way up to 1050.

Endless Dungeon (ED)

  • Requirement: Beat Secret Dungeon
  • Price: 1 entry.
  • How to reach: When the clock reads XX:30, you will get an invitation in the form of a purple envelope in the upper-left corner of the screen. Click it to enter.
  • Rewards: Insane amounts of coins, pixels, crafting material, and experience. The Endless Dungeon lacks the high rare and epic rates of SD, meaning a much lower drop rate, but when you do get a drop it's worth up to 11x the same drop from SD. ED also offers Demon Slayer armor, the best set in the game; it scales with how deep you go, and base pieces can give pre-fusion, pre-enhancement stats of over 900 attack and 9000 defense.

Special Training Zone (STZ)

  • Requirement: Rank 500 or Ascend once
  • Price: 100,000,000,000 Yellow Coins. (Free: Very low reward and no Battle Points)
  • How to reach: From Ye Olde Pub, travel right to the Beginner Training Zone, and jump out the window. Travel down to reach Special Training Zone.
  • Rewards: Small/Average amount of EXP and a Average/Big amount of Battle Points.
